3 Generations
Aloha to all my friends and family in Orange County. For those who don’t know me, my name is Wyatt Chambers. The Chambers family have been in Southern California for 3 generations. I am writing this article so that others understand that there is a very personal part about starting my business “Aloha Maids,’ that I am so proud to share.Â
Aloha Maids began around 2012 probably at the deepest part of the recession. I began this business with a $500 credit card limit. I bought some cleaning supplies, posted some craigslist adds, and quickly started cleaning homes with my faithful and devoted wife.
At the time I was running another company “English Solutions,” and working with the Capistrano Adult School teaching ESL and Technology at nights. I was changing clothes 3 times a day. I had to fit into my 3 roles, teacher, business owner, then house cleaner. My goal has always been to help these hard working immigrants achieve the American Dream. During the recession the adult school where I was working at lost funding to support my ESL technology program. My company English Solutions lost it’s biggest client, so I had only one direction to go, and that was to build and expand Aloha Maids.

Aloha Maids offers the best contract/ arrangement for the domestic workers that is available in probably anywhere in the US. For example, for every job completed by a house cleaning domestic referral, the worker actually takes home 60-70% of the total gross revenue. The amount of pay is usually around $20+ per hour. They are able to choose their own schedule, support their families, and take care of their own domestic responsibilities. They get compensated well in just a short period of time which helps to keep balance in their home/ work life.
The majority of the workers we register with Aloha Maids are hard working moms. I have all the respect in the world for these hard working moms and feel very proud of the opportunities that we have given them to succeed and live comfortably in their multi task roles.

Orange County Donât be SAD
The reason why I tell you this today is because it is true, Aloha Maids offers donations to non profit organizations, and that we have adopted a number of whales. More importantly, I want others to know that we truly honor the concept of “fair pay.” We respect and admire the hard working house cleaners, immigrants and grounded Americans who are willing to role up their sleeves and clean our floors, cabinets, sinks and toilets. I believe that this is one of the reason why we have registered house cleaners that have stayed with us for 5+ years. I also believe this flow of cooperation and fairness is the foundation of our success.Â
If you believe in compassion, and a cause, such as I do, then you should choose the only Maid Agency with Aloha Spirit, which is Aloha Maid
