Step 3 The Wash Up
While you are cleaning up space, you might as well pull everything out and clean the inside. You can use a small dab of dish soap and a cup of water. Rinse all the shelves off, pull out the drawers, and clean the inside of the drawers as well. Then wipe it all down. Once your fridge is clean and dry put everything back in.
Step 4 Eat Up

Step 5 Make Room
If the Turkey is frozen, you may need 3 or more days to thaw in the fridge. You may also need extra time to brine. Make space by adjusting shelves, and make sure the turkey is in a separate container to prevent the spread of bacteria.
Step 6 Label
This step is especially important if you have someone helping you in the kitchen. Create labels so everyone knows where items belong. Label each menu item so that if itâs time to find the sweet potatoes, green beans, or casserole, you can take them straight out of the fridge and put them in the oven.
Drink Storage
On Thanksgiving Day you will want to offer icy cold beverages. If the fridge is full, you will have to move them to a separate location. Thatâs easy, put them in a cooler or an ice chest. You can even use a bucket. With cold drinks, great company, and a beautiful feast, relax and enjoy. Feel appreciative that you live in Orange County, the home of eternal Spring and happiness.
